Discount Tire

Discount tires of Kirkland were a dream come true in the middle of a 30 day travel trip when we experienced a flat tire in Wallingford Washington, and we went to the Kirkland store and they took us in and within one hour and 15 minutes we were on our way with four new tires that were needed, and we would promote their business no matter what - it was amazing process and delivery and kindness and professionalism. Their staff are awesome. Thanks Tyler!!!

I've changed my tires here until now. EVERY time I come here there's something going on with my tires and they try to sell me a new set. Never coming back here unless I need actual new tires and now I'd reconsider it. This time at the beginning the guy said one of my tires "barely passed" but then he said "I feel uncomfortable letting you drive with that tire" and didn't let me change my tires unless I bought a replacement. So the test passed but he didn't "feel it"?

I worked with Chase, Landon, and Chris. All were very helpful getting my tires installed on my 4Runner. We ran into some issues with the Falken tires not balancing well and they took care of it right away. Customer service is on point and Chris does a phenomenal job installing tires. I am very particular with my wheels and he took great care of my vehicle while in the shop. Prices are very good and they often have factory rebates you can also take advantage of.

I had an incredibly positive visit at this location. I came in to have a tire checked out after damaging a wheel. One of the associates – Hunter – came outside to greet me right away and took my wheel/tire in for inspection. When I returned a few hours later with a new for them to mount the tire to, Hunter greeted me by name again and passed me off to his colleague – Tyler – who was also very helpful. I was in-and-out of there quickly, and was made to feel valued the whole time. The folks working in the garage were friendly as well. I'll be back!

Had a great experience here! I’m not sure what the name of the worker I spoke to was. However, he was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel judged for knowing very little. Went above and beyond and I felt very confident with my purchase. Additionally, they were able to install my new tires right there and then.
